do you offer documents-only arbitration?

i sure do. in fact, it is usually the lowest cost option. that said, it is not appropriate for all cases.

it is also not an all-or-nothing proposition. if, for example, there was desire to have live witness events, the involvement of witnesses in an arbitration would not have to be documents-only while the rest of the process could be.

one of the advantages of arbitration is that it can be a flexible process. it may be worth considering what would work best for the particular circumstances of the dispute you are addressing.
